How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your trains.fyi account from the iOS app. Deleting your account removes your profile, favorites, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

From the iOS app

1. Open the trains.fyi app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Go to the Settings tab (or open your profile).
3. Scroll to the Account section.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when prompted. You may be asked to sign in again before the deletion can complete — this is an Apple / Firebase security requirement for destructive account actions.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your favorite networks, routes, and stops
• Any preferences tied to your account

Don't have the app?

Account sign-in is currently only offered through the iOS app, so if you created an account you already have the app installed. If you've since deleted the app and want your account removed, reinstall it to run through the flow above, or email info@trains.fyi and Ryder will delete the account for you.
