The story of
The Netherlands has a long tradition of integrated public transport, with regional operators and urban transit agencies developing extensive networks of trams, metros, and buses alongside the national rail system. OVapi emerged as an open API platform to aggregate and standardize real-time and static data from Dutch local and regional public transport providers, supporting seamless travel and journey planning across the country.
