Canberra Light Rail

Canberra Light Rail opened in April 2019 as the ACT's first light rail line, linking the northern town centre of Gungahlin to Civic along Northbourne Avenue. It is operated by Canberra Metro Operations under a 20-year public-private partnership contract. A Stage 2 extension south to Woden is in planning.
