How do I request a new network or city?

Email ryder@trains.fyi and include as much of the following as you can:

• Operator name and which city/region it serves
• GTFS static feed URL (the schedule)
• GTFS-Realtime feed URL(s) for vehicle positions, trip updates, and alerts — if available
• Whether the feeds require an API key, and how to register
• A pointer to any developer documentation the operator publishes

If the network already has open GTFS + GTFS-RT, adding it is usually quick. If only static GTFS exists, the network can still be added in ghost mode (showing scheduled service).

If there's no GTFS at all, there's not much we can do — open data is a hard prerequisite.
